Richie Diiorio — Founder. Richie started Second2None after years behind the camera and in the feed, watching great businesses lose ground to lesser ones that simply marketed better. He builds every engagement the way he'd build his own brand — with an eye for detail, a strategist's instinct for what moves the needle, and zero patience for work that's just "good enough."

Eric — Co-Founder & Editor. Eric runs post-production, turning raw footage into the polished, scroll-stopping content clients actually remember. Every cut, color pass, and pacing decision lives with him — he's the reason a shoot becomes a story.
